Dr. Woolheiser is awesome in Neurology. The office staff and assistants on the other hand are absolutely awful. It's the only line of communication I have to my neurologist but the staff doesn't know customer service skills. I've been hung up on, yelled at, talked down to, scoffed at, etc. It's uncalled for and ridiculous especially when you're dealing with patients that do not need added stress. I've reported and left the manager two messages; nothing has changed nor have I gotten a response.
Dr. Skalabrin did an amazing job explaining to me and my family my mother's condition when she had a scary medical emergency. Thank you for being patient with our questions and taking care of our mother so well.
