I had a pleasant experience with dr Kiley. He’s a very blunt but kind dr. I have lots going on a I feel he listened well.
I have to agree with the comments that front end staff lack customer service skills and lack of empathy for patients. My injury was 3 1/2 days ago so I haven't even seen doctor, yet but I certainly don't feel cared for. I tried to relay information about an underlying medical issue so when my case got reviewed the dr would have a more complete picture but the person on the other end was not interested and I felt like she was reading a long script that didn't apply. This man told me I was broken and should stop looking for the root cause of my peripheral nuropothy and losing the feeling from the waist down, he said I should accept dementia at 52 as age related..I had a MRI wich verified I had microvascular Ishemic Disease and suffered for two more years having spinal damage as it turns out it was a vitamin B12 deficiency the whole time now I have permanent damage..I had plans to kill myself after he said I was broken and to stop looking..lucky for me a female psychiatrist intervenedaske... read more
Dr Woolhizer and his staff are super amazing! They all know their stuff and are super helpful and are very caring and bend over backwards to help you out! He is an excellent Dr!
