Had a yoga nidra with sound therapy session here. Had never been here before. Delighted to have found it. The session was fantastic, there were only 6 of us, which is very nice and comfortable. They provide the mats and all the props with no extra cost! Thank you for that! Great calming energy throughout the place and the meditation leader. My husband and I took an intro to mediation class with Deb at Peaceful Wellness in Jan-Feb 2020 and it was a wonderful experience. Deb and her studio immediately put us at ease. Her style, the ambiance of the space, the music, the aromas, everything was welcoming and calming. She even offers you complimentary hot tea.
