My husband and I took an intro to mediation class with Deb at Peaceful Wellness in Jan-Feb 2020 and it was a wonderful experience. Deb and her studio immediately put us at ease. Her style, the ambiance of the space, the music, the aromas, everything was welcoming and calming. She even offers you complimentary hot tea.
