Chad is an A+, Five Star kind of guy—so knowledgeable, hard working, and helpful from start to finish, from five years ago when we purchased our beautiful reconditioned hot tub to today when I text him with upkeep questions. I highly recommend Peaceful Spas if you're in the market for a like new spa at a very good price.

Purchased my hot tub with them a few years ago. I've had a couple issues with it recently and the owner walked me through diagnosing the problem. I'm handy, so he sent me links for the parts and I was able to get it back up and running in no time! The knowledge alone says it all! Trusted and highly recommended
