Everyone needs CNAs med-aides Everyone doesn't realize how burnt-out most of the staff are! So beware if you come across former employees who work here! They will chew you up and spit you out! They don't care about the New work ! They just keep the same problems!! Oh look we need new people who dont know our problems! And wonder why people quit!! If you don't know how the staff are or have a feeling! Please don't apply here! Or anywhere with health care!! Beware!!

I can speak first hand as a former employee that went on to pursue other career paths. My mother was also in a facility many years ago in memory care..... I was truly proud to be a part of this team of caregivers. It's not just the caregivers it's from Management to Activities on down to the maintenance to the kitchen staff to the housekeeping all of the employees that work there show nothing but love and respect to the residents. They take them out on outings and field trips and just drive through the beautiful black hills.... read more

I have worked here twice now under 2 different management teams. I am amazed at the difference it can make when you have management that is there to do what is right by the Resident. I am so proud to lead a team that give the elderly population a place to call home where they are surrounded by love, kindness and are provided with high quality care.
