Very welcoming, inclusive, and safe place, and so clean. It was really busy and I was a walkin but the counterperson explained how things worked and kept me updated on when it would be my turn. I didn't wait very long at all. The piercer was very nice and explained why the piercing I wanted wouldn't work with my ear shape and offered me options that would work. Went in there with my friend the other day and the lady Amber was so rude. First off not very friendly or welcoming she seemed kind of over being there. Then she started trash talking about other piercers in the area. I understand that she has been piercing for longer but it’s not very professional to be trash talking people especially in front of customers. That just doesn’t sit right with me especially with the already rude attitude. I won’t be back and would not recommend this place to anyone else.
Absolutely best place to get piercings, all employees are so welcoming and educational. The office is clean and Amber makes sure to open everything right in front of you, so you know the supplies are sterile. I have had three piercings total from here and will definitely be back to get more when the time is right.
I had read great reviews on Google, and they were all so right! Both the receptionist and the piercer were so nice and walked me through everything. I felt so comfortable and it wasn’t bad at all! Would definitely go here again for future piercings.
Got my daughter's ears pierced a few days ago. She was nervous and excited about it, asking lots of questions. Amber took her time to calm her down and explain the whole process in a way that my daughter was comfortable with. It was busy but we never felt rushed. My daughter is 7 years old.
