Never write reviews but I’d rethink getting pierced here. Awful intro experience and didn’t go through with it. The owner (Amber?) is rude and dismissive and rushed through my questions. I’m trans and already feel anxious going in public so this really sucked.
She changed her gloves so lany tines and used sterile gloves to do my oiercing, I have never seen that before. Everything was so clean and it barely hurt. She was so sweet and helped me stay relaxed with breathing exercises and stress balls. I got a little dizzy and she gave me juice and I felt better. Worth every penny and the drive from Fayetteville.
*10/12/25 Update to original review* After reading the owner’s public response, I’ve decided to change my rating from two stars to one. I had hoped that my review would be received with some empathy or understanding, but instead, the reply felt defensive and dismissive. Rather than acknowledging my experience or offering a simple apology, the response focused on explaining why my perception was wrong, implied that I was expecting too much attention, and what I should have done differently.
