It’s taken me 6 months to write this review because saying goodbye, is never easy but Dr. Yamamoto and Sunnie make this whole experience bearable. Peaceful Pets is such a wonderful, caring service. Jeanette and Sunnie treated our cat Smokey and us with such love and compassion. We are so grateful and glad that we called them to help us in our time of need. We have had to sadly say goodbye to three other kitties, always at the vets- and we can say that this time was much better; saying goodbye in the comforting familiarity of our home was the best experience we could have hoped for.
Dr. Yamamoto and Sunnie made our goodbye the very best it could be. We are so glad we chose them. Our little chihuahua mix has never been okay with strangers entering the house and Dr Yamamoto was incredibly skilled enough to enter the room and give him his sedative without him even noticing. We’re heartbroken to have lost our baby but so grateful that he truly went out peacefully while eating treats.
They made the saddest circumstance bearable with their sincere compassion for our dog and for us who were left to grieve. I am very grateful to them for this.
