No words can describe the pain you will feel with this experience, but boy do the incredible girls from peaceful pets make it bearable. The most kind, patient, sweet, heaven sent angels on this Earth. Absolutely nothing negative to say. I was a blubbering mess and they handled me with such compassion and grace. I'm so glad I was able to use Jeanette Yamamoto's peaceful pets service. Things can get a bit overwhelming in the end but my family and I truly felt like there would not have been a better way to say good bye. It was incredible peaceful and I feel like time stopped for a second.
The entire staff at Peaceful Pets have been such a help to us through the passing of our Chewie. Every communication, whether it was a phone call, email, or text, was handled with incredible compassion and kindness. Although we ended up not needing their services, I cannot express how eternally grateful we are for the time they took to help us through the process. I would highly recommend Peaceful Pets to anyone looking to ease their fur babies across the Rainbow Bridge.
We cannot express our gratitude and appreciation enough for Dr. Jeanette and her assistant Sunnie! Previous experiences elsewhere have always been a little cold and quickly done. With Peaceful Pet Services, it was quite the opposite. The compassion, warmth, and care both of them extended was truly heartfelt and welcomed!
