Henriette is amazing!! Our boy Ned was so comfortable with her. Henriette explained everything to us and arranged it all. Her manner made a difficult situation bearable. You can sense the love she has for our pets. I would never have a family pet put to sleep anywhere but at home. When she arrived it was like Ned knew and he calmly went to her and then onto his bed. Henriette provided a gentle approach that allowed our final moments together to be peaceful and without a care, pups last moments were blissful ending with her favourite ball still in her mouth and surrounded by loved ones on the grass in our back yard. Henriette was a beautiful presence to have around when I put my cat down 2 weeks ago. She was kind, caring & made a difficult time a little bit easier with her lovely demeanour & professionalism.
We recently used Peaceful Paws services to assist our beloved boy at the end of his life. Not only were they compassionate and so empathetic, everything was done on our/his terms. There was no rushing, and the care they showed, both before and after his passing, was simply amazing. I hope I don't have to use them again for a very long time, however, when the time does come, I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you peaceful paws.
