My experience at this spa was very disappointing and uncomfortable. The music was extremely loud, more like a club than a relaxing environment. The therapist made several unprofessional remarks about my body and asked overly personal questions throughout the session. Her phone was on the table with me the entire time, and she even used it mid-session, which felt very disrespectful.
