There is nothing peacefulness or professional about this company especially their management. They will not maintain they're property, and I believe it's because it's in a low income area. I have called several times to speak to someone and get the same person a male Black.. Who is uncompromisable. I feel he blocks my attempt to talk to someone else other than him. I have no choice, but the contact the property owners to see, can I get a simple resolve of the matter that I'm having. Frustrated.
This company is amazing! We have been using this company since 2023. Mr. Pugh is very professional and easy to work with. Mr. Pugh has taken the time to make sure that all of our concern or issues are addressed in a timely manor. We live 2 hours away from the property and he makes sure that we can feel comfortable with his company handling any concerns or issues that may arise with the property or the tenants needs or concerns.
