I was not happy with how I was treated by Dr. Masse and I only spoke with her one time in the chat room to a intake appointment before she refused to see me a again because I could not access the portal, I saw her display signs of control, anger, not caring at all about the well-being of the patients being referred to her. As a patient who has received care at this facility, I respect that everyone is entitled to their own experience and opinion regarding the services they receive. However, my experience with Peaceful Mind Behavioral Health and Wellness Center has been completely different and truly positive. I have found the staff to be understanding, respectful, and extremely helpful throughout my care. Stay away from the Bristol location. I mean I missed numerous appointments within a 6-8 month period but was not entirely in control of the reasons why I missed them seeing as I was in another facility being treated for a different medical reason that prevented me from being able to navigate through my day freely and attend all my appointments as I would have liked to, but when I was home I had no problem missing any appointments the first 4-5 months.
