Eleonora Corey has been my therapist for 6 plus years. I followed her to Peaceful Minds. She is honestly the best therapist I have ever had, and I have had a few. She has helped me in ways that I will forever be thankful to her for. She is also down to earth, real and does not shy away from telling the truth. But her office is a space that feels safe to me which is a hard thing for me to feel a lot of the time. So thank you to Peaceful Minds for taking her on as a practitioner.
Was discharged from Peaceful Mind because I had to cancel an appointment yet the therapist could cancel whenever they felt like it. I called again today forgetting I was discharged to see about seeing Loretta. The billing department took my information and was going send intake information. Basically they just wasted my time apparently not realizing that I was discharged for a stupid reason. This place is a joke.
I have been leaving messages roughly 2 years now. Keep getting told im on the wait list. I have sent email and get the auto reply stating they will get back to me shortly. Took me 30 years to finally accept i need help, and now I realize I am right. NO ONE CARES. *Edit* For your response I have just emailed AGAIN a reply from my most recent email to your auto response that I received month ago. No response from a human. Calling is pointless, leaving voice message, no response back.
