Sale of the home was great. But then them fixing it was something else, very rude when we told them what we needed fixing. Lots of things don’t shut right or are put together properly. Threatened us when we called the main office downstate for help. Very unprofessional once the loan is signed and dated. Do not recommend buying from here!
Don’t waste your money, fit and finish are horrible. Don’t complain to the owner or he will threaten to move you to the back of the line to get it finished . We have owned the house for four years and have had to replace everything doors don’t shut properly, corners were caulked not taped shutters put on upside down etc….
Homes are nice. I love that each place had electricity so we can have the effect of lighting and the homey feel. The sales team is nice.
The sale of my home was amazing couldn't ask for any better but getting the maintenance done is another story if we had known this part of it we wouldn't go there
