I didn't really know what to expect but the pain, soreness, neuropathy and discomfort had me wanting something that would. I was introduced to Erica and tried foot zoning. My very first appointment with Erica, I had just finished working out and my hips and lower back were super tight. By the time she finished with me, the tightness in both places were completely gone. The next morning I realized it was the first night I was not woken up by pain in my hips, and my shoulders seemed more relaxed. Thanks so much Erica!
