I told them the size of a pond that I wanted and they gave me a , and I quote, ROUGH ESTIMATE which is really no estimate at all ! They added items that I never asked for and the price was EXTREMELY HIGH ! I did not use them based on the fact that, the price was 50k higher then any other bid I received, they did not come out, personally and look at the sight before giving a bid, they did not ask me what I wanted and they took a long time to give me the bid even without being on my property once..
