Dr. Xiu I think was his name honestly he never really introduced himself in few years I put up with this dentist office, hopefully vanished off the face of the earth. He pulled many MANY teeth uncaring because I had Medicaid and he was cheap. Medicaid covered root canals and crowns so I don’t know what his problem was. I got less and less replies. went in loving my smile.. no gap. left absolutely hating my smile.. with a gap. small but noticeable. why?! how?! only came in for a cleaning. i hate smiling now. hate pictures! & when i do smile, people i know are asking me about the gap.. I HATE IT! * nothing wrong with having a gap. but i did not have one. so leaving an appointment with one.. it’s weird. currently on a search to correct it & help gain my confidence back.
The staff is nice and Dr XU is attentive and was concerned about my pain. Even when I brought my wife in for an issue, he remembered me and verbally followed up.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The office had a very positive and clean atmosphere. Dr. Xu was extremely friendly and courteous and had excellent bedside manner. Although it was my first visit, I felt like I've known him for years. What a great experience.
