Kate is so knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me avoid surgery and daily discomfort. Kate trains you to do exercises that really work. Her goal is not to keep you as a patient forever.
Kate is amazing. She gave me so much confidence going into my birth. Kate was able to meet me where I was at and offered advice and support that fit within my life!
After my birth rehearsal appointment with Kate, my partner and I both felt much more prepared for labor and delivery! Next time I hope to schedule even more therapy sessions worth Kate. She is so knowledgeable and kind.
