I had my first visit with Dr. Moore and I’m extremely pleased with the experience. Her office was able to get me in quickly, and there was no long wait once I arrived—something I really appreciated. Dr. Moore was warm, attentive, and took the time to fully address my primary concern. She also went a step further by asking thoughtful questions and recommending additional tests that could be helpful for my overall health. I believe with my whole heart NP Moore is in the wrong profession and should not be interfacing with patients. I am extremely fragile after experiencing a miscarriage in August, which she knew about, and when I came in for a new pregnancy visit, she was very short with me, barely looking at me, interrupting me and when I brought up the possibility of ectopic pregnancy which the sonographer listed in my chart, she shut me down immediately, saying “I don’t need you to get out the dictionary of pregnancy terms with me.” After a... read more
The dr herself is amazing. However, they did some test. Ran blood work. It’s a pretty touchy issue. But I have received no communication since. I was told I’d get a call the next day or day after. It has no been almost a week. No word. No nothing. As a patient, I’m feeling like what’s wrong with the medical system. Where did the disconnect happen.
