We had the best help as we were renting from peace vacations. We called Shea at peace vacations and told her we needed help with the ants and the air-conditioning and within minutes Charlie came for the ants and took care of it and. Max came and fixed the air-conditioning. Shea was so helpful immediately and so kind. We are very grateful for Shea and her amazing team of Charllie and Max and their help on our family vacation

Ocean Ease is a wonderful beach home to share with friends and family. With ocean views from every room, and just steps from the beach, this is an idyllic location to relax, unwind and recharge. I especially love the relaxed vibe of the home, natural beauty and refined spaciousness of DeBordieu, and access to beach walks into an unspoiled nature preserve.

We had a large group of friends stay here for a relaxing long weekend at the end of September to celebrate one of our friend’s upcoming nuptials. The house was absolutely stunning in every facet and had everything we could have asked for (and more). To whom it may concern, This property "Always Dreamin in Litchfield SC" is rat infested. Rats (very large, not mice) were all over the kitchen counters and hiding behind the cabinets. We cleaned up (spotless) the kitchen multiple times a day, and swept the floors and no food was ever left out. We are extra clean people and had no idea there was a problem. We contacted the property manager and requested a refund due to our inconvenience. We left the property as soon as we realized there was a problem. We were told that they w... read more

I do not recommend staying at Powell in Debordieu. My family of 7 stayed there twice this year, 4/3- 4/7 and 7/20-7/27. When we stayed in April the condo was very dirty. The linens on the bed had brown stains, mold throughout the second floor shower, the loft railing was in desperate need for repair, and the most concerning problem was the cockroaches.
