I called and the first thing asked, before my name or anything was "What was my insurance?", I told the receptionist and she proceeded to tell me that there was "No availability for that insurance". There was no further questions from the receptionist on what I wanted to come in for? Or was I interested in not using my insurance? She just wanted off the phone with me, as if I was a bother to her. Looking for a therapist, I sent an email using the address on their web page. After a week I had not heard nothing back (and now 2 weeks later, still have not received a reply.) Finally, I decided to call. The receptionist is the worst. Her whole attitude was very off-putting, rude and impatient. She acted like she was doing me a HUGE favor just talking to me. I have had the luxury of meeting 2 of the therapist here, Amanda and Val. Both have helped me significantly. Its hard to find a good therapist and when you do its worth the effort. I have been working with Val for a little while and we have a great connection. I feel like Im getting the help I desperately needed and was not able to find elsewhere. I highly recommend this place.
