Liz has been my masseuse since fall of last year, and not only is she wonderfully kind and fun to chat with, I’m also pretty sure she’s a miracle worker. I came to her with a very messed up neck (an ongoing issue), and since seeing her regularly I have slept SO much better and feel so much more limber. Heard about this place from a friend and booked a massage with Elizabeth. She did a great job making me feel relaxed, supported, and shared information with me that showed she is very knowledgeable about what she is doing. P.S. she is strong! I will definitely go back to see her to keep my body in check. Would recommend.

Elizabeth is awesome. I come to her because I’ve had chronic neck issues for years. She addresses that issue directly with neck and shoulder therapy and indirectly with lower back and arm massage. Also, I definitely highly recommended you get the “add on” facial and foot treatments she offers. It’s worth going just for that!
