I brought my car in for an oil change. I was running late for the appointment. I asked Alex if it would be possible to have my car ready by 3. Not only did he say it could, he got it into the shop while I was still in line dropping my keys off! And it was ready in 2 hours. 😁
Shady salesmen , be careful
The service department is very disorganized. Constantly canceling their appointments after waiting weeks to get booked in. Zero communication to the customer.
Was not impressed when I took in my vehicle for some minor repairs… After having my car for 2 days after the scheduled appointment they began to assess it, and after another week I picked it up. I didn’t even make it home before bringing it back.. The minor coolant leak they had just claimed to have fixed had turned into a steady stream of coolant pouring onto the ground, so I had to bring it back and wait another week and a half for them to fix a problem that didn’t even exist before I brought it in.
