Excellent service
Great follow truck was delivered wed 8 am and not worked on till Friday afternoon. Shop charge for repair order is nuts. $75.20. This cannot be justified.
I had my car appointment booked for 8am. By the time I got back to the dealerships it was 4 pm and it still wasn't completed. I talked to the service assistant manager and she refunded part of my cost and gave me a complete detailing. I keep hearing we're understaffed or we have other bigger jobs to do which is unacceptable. I'm not a fan
