I genuinely did not think I would ever have to explain to an electric company that 2627 and 2726 are two different addresses, but here we are. Someone moved into a new home and apparently provided the wrong address. Somehow, despite my account being paid and Peace River confirming that they received my payments, MY electricity was disconnected for “non-payment.” Let that sink in: They confirmed I paid my bill. Power went out during a storm and there is no one to take the call. It’s Friday after hours. This is ridiculous.

Absolutely worthless company, Consumers beware anything you do on the Smart Hub App they will deny it and try to charge and scam you for electric that should no longer be in your name. Shannon Behnken should look into this company. If they have tried to screw you over I highly suggest emailing her I did.

The absolute worst power company I've ever experienced in my life. I'm 65 years old and I've lived all over the country and I've never experienced a power company that has so many power failures on a regular basis. My power is out no less than twice a week, every week, without fail. I get so tired of dealing with outages. Seriously considering moving my entire property to solar. I will give you a 0 star but it makes me select at least one. You are over priced and my power has been out 4 times this past month. Its already hot as heck outside now my electricity has to work harder to cool my house down. This is unreal for the 500.00 a month I pay for service because I have NO CHOICE.... Also your customer service is horrible no cares given. Do better you should be for the ppl who work hard. Not rob us blind.
