I never thought I would find a company that would actually make me miss FPL. They have ZERO concern for their customers. No warning when maintenance is being done, and today we have had constant power surges and outages. Messing up our HVAC system and almost shorting it out, to where in almost 100 degree heat I’m having to leave the A/C off due to the constant random outages. De verdad que mal servicio hice un pago del servicio y por un motivo que desconozco me rechazaron el pago y no avisaron y al llegar a casa descubrí que no tenía luz pasé la noche sin luz e intentando llamar para la re conexión y nadie respondió en las oficinas no ayudan a nada solo te cobran más dinero de verdad muy mal servicio
They turned off my service because they hadn’t confirmed my identity. This is the first time I’ve ever heard of such a situation. They sent me an email two days after I submitted my request to start services; however, the email went directly to my junk mail folder, and they never followed up with a phone call or any additional communication before disconnecting my service.
