Great staff
The best experience I've had with emergency in a long time! The nurses were so knowledgeable and quick. The doctor was throughout, explain his thought process, and did frequent check ins to make sure I was comfortable with everything. I was considering driving back to the hospital after I got home just to ask if he could be my family doctor. It feels so nice to feel seen and heard by all the staff at this hospital. Spectacular job guys!
I have never been to an emergency unit in a hospital that was so incredibly unprofessional. Every time i have been in there the staff at reception are scrolling through their phones or saying rude things about patients, loudly. I understand this career is stressful and difficult, but it amazes me how the staff do not even try to be mindful that what they’re talking about is heard throughout the unit. I received excellent care. The staff were kind and very professional. After 23 days, I was ready to leave, but I feel I made some friends for life. The accommodations were very good as well. The beds were good and the custodial staff was on the ball. This was better care than I would have gotten in a big city.
