Bought a truck and paid for a box liner up front, it took 2 months before they finally scheduled the work. I was told the work was scheduled to be done the next morning and when I asked about picking up my vehicle I was ignored and had to go to the dealership in person to get an answer, only to be told the work still wasn't complete over 24 hours later. Clearly the staff here don't really give a shit about customer service once they sell you a vehicle.

We’ve been dealing with Dodge in Peace River, and I wanted to give a special shout-out to Richard N. in the service department. From the very first call, Richard has been nothing but professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. Every time I’ve called, he answers promptly, takes the time to listen to all of my questions, and never makes me feel rushed. Thank you kelvin and jody! If I could give 10 stars I would. I had an emergency this morning before I started making my way to Edmonton for a medical appointment and I couldn’t ask for any better from the team. One of my tire well liners was dragging on my tire and melting the plastic. I panicked and didn’t know what to do for help.
