The level of instruction at this studio is impressive. Every instructor teaches at a very high level. The classes are consistently challenging, motivating, and thoughtfully structured. Jen in particular is excellent-clear, encouraging, and precise with form corrections while keeping the energy fun and upbeat.

I’m postpartum with my second baby, and this time around it’s been so much harder to lose the weight and get back into exercising. Finding Peace Power Soul has truly been life-changing! The workouts are excellent—challenging, energizing, and fun—and the atmosphere is incredibly supportive. I have been going to PPS for years! The staff are incredible and the class options are plentiful. There is something for everyone and can be adapted for all skill levels. The studio is a very welcoming place for people of all ages and sizes. PPS has become such a regular part of my fitness routine, always pushing me to be the strongest version of myself!

I have been going to PPS faithfully for about 3 months. Every class brings good energy, music and positivity in a no-judgement space which makes you want to come back again and again!! I definitely recommend PPS!
