They were great when I was a customer. I cancelled my services in April. It is July now and they are still trying to charge me for services I am not using. Call them and their agent Hailey hangs up me. I use to send lots of people to them, but not anymore. Try to call them and they won't answer the phone, or they hang up on you, and won't respond to emails. Not worth it because my credit wasn't over 660 they declined and they say they wanna help Canadians what a joke. Never heard of a.piwer company needing a credit score.
Every month they said "the money. Could not be taken out of the account" and threatened with late fees if they didn't not receive it. Yet according to my bank and bank account they hadn't even attempted to draw the money. And when I refuted, it miraculously came out on their next attempt. They'll try and fleece you for late fees.
Awful customer service. Ignoring emails for over a month and not helping whatsoever. Terrible ISP with a horrible, unstable connection. Kind of weird how they respond to negative reviews and try to defend themselves. Looks like Loblaw's trying to defend themselves on Twitter. I've no idea who's right or wrong but my experience with them definitely doesn't make them look good in my eyes. Wonder what my response is going to be.
