I appreciate the program that Kevin has put together. Looking at the WHOLE body as a unit. I was seeing a naturopath doctor since the end of 2019, and she is great. Then 3 years ago I ended up with a sciatic nerve issue, which was resloved with seeing a chiropractor. I continued going once a month for adjustments for awhile, until I read Muscle Moves Bones.!
