My first experience with Peace Out was about 3 months ago. The owner Connie sat down with me for a good hour taking time to find what would fit my needs. I have never found such excellent customer service anywhere. I had a question after hours of course and I messaged her and guess what??? received an answer that solved my problem with ease. My first visit to Peace Out Vapes was 7 weeks ago. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have been tobacco free since. Anytime I had a question or an issue I simply went back to the store, explained what was going on and asked how it could be fixed. They have never had a problem helping me and getting it resolved. My husband had an issue with " hot liquid getting in his mouth ". We were told the tank was flooding and needed to replace the wick, which only cost a couple of dollars. Seven weeks ago I decided to give E-cigs a shot so I bought one off line it was a second hand joke. The next day I went to Peace Out Vapes they welcomed me and helped me out with my kit and have been smoke free since. They have helpful people and knowledgeable people, I have and will continue to recommend them to others that are looking for a way to quit smoking.

Yesterday my lady was in POV and purchased 2 vaporizers. Just checking out the product I plugged them into the charger. Hers didn't indicate it was in need of charging, but mine did require charging. So I left it plugged in for probably 2 hours till the indicator turned nice solid green as described in the instructions.
