Ownership allows the theft of personal belongings of the clientele. Safety violations are almost too numerous to mention, but include the removal of battery backup for the alarm system. A Down Syndrome client was left in an un-airconditioned garage where temperatures reach 87 degrees F. A diabetic patient with Alzheimer's Syndrome was fed a diet of Mac Donald's burgers and fries. Client care is abysmal. Living conditions are hellish. On site staff is adequate but they are allowed to steal from the clientele.
