Kyra believes in what she does. She encourages you to take care of yourself both physically and mentally. Her willingness to listen and teach better ways to live does wonders. I have seen my life change since I started seeing her over a year ago. She is knowledgeable about different aspect of physical health, but adds in wonderful energy work to complete the full picture.
