We always have such wonderful service from Peace of Mind. The technicians are polite and thorough and as unobtrusive as they can be (my husband and I both work from home and we have Zoom meetings that can be affected by noise or interruption). But yesterday’s technician was even better than the already great line of techs we’ve had. He was just very sweet and was very focused on making sure he got the full fence line. Thank you guys for really, actually being a peace of mind decision for us.
Highly recommend Peace of Mind. My husband and I returned from vacation to ants. Holly was able to have Josh, the area technician, come to our home the very next day. Josh was on time, professional and thoughtful as he diagnosed the entry points and best way to mitigate against future challenges. He was thorough, explained what he was doing and why. Thank you, Josh and Peace of Mind.
If I could leave higher than 5 stars I definitely would! I have never had any problems with any techs in the past but Gill is fantastic I'm so happy to find out that he will me my tech in the future!
Peace Of Mind has been great to us! My favorite technician, Stephen, is thorough and has excellent communication skills. He takes his time while on site & makes sure my needs are met before he leaves. Deb, in the office, has been wonderful to work with. She gets back to me quickly & answers all of my questions. If she doesn’t have an answer, she will find one for me, and gets back to me! The company has been great to work with!
Danny was great, so glad he came out the same day I called, the Gal in the office was fantastic also, I’m very pleased with the service I received, thank you so much Piece of mind 😊
