Very unprofessional. They lied about another business to explain their tardiness. When I told him I have delt with that business for years and that I even called and asked them if they were now closing for lunch they assured me they never close for lunch only shut off the phones while they eat but doors are kept open and the open sign kept on to assist any customers.
