1. Did you find our technicians professional and mannerly ? On the 7th October my Furnace was serviced. At the beginning of the servicing, the technician told me that one valve was faulty and stuck in the middle position. At the end of the servicing, he said that the motor of the same valve was also faulty, which seemed very unlikely. Later on, he mentioned that both bleed valves were also faulty. He went to get the parts and started replacing all the supposedly faulty components but did not inform me of the prices before be... read more
