Beware of this company's misleading practices. I contacted them for AC leaking issue and was promised a free quote. And during the inspection and fixing, I asked them multiple times what is the estimated price but they refuse to give me a answer and just keep doing their jobs. The inspection and repair takes about 1 hour, Upon completing the repair, they demanded an exorbitant $600, significantly higher than the market rate of $150 charged by other companies for the same issue. Due to the very rude behaviour of the New Owner Edward in the phone to me, I did a tiny bit of digging. Interesting that his website under ‘About Us’ shows the ‘Director of Operations’ as a Mr Adrian Simpson along with an array of his credentials. Strange though, that when you check in the review section you actually see a very positive review left by the same man to the same company he’s listed as the director of operations for..?? The technician, Christian, he was so professional, knowledgeable, and politely. At the end he also taught me how to change a furnace filter and where can buy them and so on. We were happy with his service, and will continually choose Peace of Mind Duct cleaning.
You probably need to train your staff. He damaged our baseboards all across the brand new house while trying to pull the cleaning hose. Don’t send incompetent people if you want to run the business properly. **Response to your comment. Invoice is attached, hope you can find now.
We are very happy with service. It was done on a professional way. The technician was on time. He answered all questions we had.
