Scheduled a cleaning..Called to see if my insurance was covering everything and they wouldnt answer me. The said that on my first cleaning visit they wouldn't clean my teeth. You don't care about people and where they are coming from, You just care about milking peoples insurance and leaving them with more bills to pay for your company trips. When I first came here I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 3 years because I hated it and got bad anxiety. I finally decided to go because I had a bad cavity and they made me feel so calm in the first few visits. Now I make sure to keep up with regular appointments and the staff is very accommodating to new patients and making them feel good and explaining everything they are doing. They are very patient.

I have severe dental anxiety and I struggled to even make an appointment because I had not been to the dentist in many years. But when I walked into Peace Of Mind Dental, every single person who works there was so kind and an absolute gem. I forgot the name of the dental hygenist because I was so nervous. But she did an amazing job deep cleaning my teeth and she was so caring and understanding and took a lot of my fear away. The experience was welcoming, respectful, professional, all across the board from the receptionist at the front desk and I’m not sure if that’s her title if it’s not, I am saying it respectfully as I feel that she had a bigger role in the facility. I had been a patient here for several years and initially had very positive experiences. I trusted this office enough to refer others. Unfortunately, that trust has completely been broken. After having dental work done by Dr. Silverman, something immediately felt off. I returned multiple times due to ongoing sensitivity, but instead of receiving a clear explanation or resolution, I was told I needed to be evaluated for a root canal.
