Prepaid and never got my massage. Contacted the woman several times and now I’m out money. Now she’s completely stopped talking to me.

actually letting people schedule an appointment after they've already paid for something would actually improve it yeah that would help...you guys are a joke terribly unprofessional and I don't even know how you guys are actually still a business.
