My experience with Chic Nails was amazing. From the time I walked in to the end of my services, I felt welcomed. The staff and the other customers were friendly as well! I brought in a picture of how I wanted my nails to look. My nail tech was AMAZING!!! She exceeded the picture, 10 times over! My nail tech was gentle with her hands AND she took her time. Very first time visiting & not happy. When making the appointment I clarified I was on my “lunch hour” because I’ve never had a basic pedicure take longer than that. I ended up being there almost 1 hour 20 mins. When seated I was never asked which pedicure I wanted? Not only did the whole process take way longer than necessary but very hot in the building. I did get a gel pedicure & also a design added. $55 total- i get pedicures all the time with a design but never in this area. It has never been this much!! $8 for a design... read more
