This place has the worst telephone answering service ! They hardly answer the phone ! And if by any chance answer it Quickly saying: please hold, without asking any questions ! The phone stays on hold for ever ! Sometimes the phone goes to answering machine with an old greeting, talking about last year storm and closur !, and telling: Do not leave any messages, because nobody listens to the messages !!!!! They don't even bother to check their own greeting, and update the greeting !
The reception staff is the defintion of horrible. Emails are not replied to, if you call you are on hold for 30 mins. One time I called, was put on hold for 35 mins... while I was on the phone I walked into the office and the 2 ladies at the front where watching reels together instead of actually doing their jobs. Service is horrible, they book the wrong times and you wont realize till you get a text notification. I really have no idea how hard it is to do amin work.

Dr. Montazeri is one of the best doctor's I've ever been to (unfortunately I've seen quite a handful throughout my life). She is patient, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen and answer questions, giving thourough information to ensure her patients are properly cared for. I was on the waitlist for months to see Dr. Sheila Anjoree and was so relieved when I finally got an appointment. The appointment was required to be in-person, so I assumed it would be a proper medical visit or at least some kind of physical exam. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, but the doctor arrived more than 30 minutes late.
