Dr. Liu and the team at Peace Medical are the best! Dr. Liu is attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. A great listener and makes me feel comfortable going to him with whatever. I have been seeing him for years and have no intentions of ever seeing anyone else!
The worst medical office I’ve experienced! The manager, reception and even the doctor all care about one thing and that’s your money! By this I mean they don’t return your calls or give any updates over the phone. You need to come in for anything, even when it’s not necessary and a simple email would suffice. If you have a 9-5 job, never mind kids, this is very frustrating to schedule a 1 minute conversation. Dr. Liu is so attentive and personable. I also appreciate the front desk staff. They have consistently been helpful each time I visit. I am very happy to have found this clinic.
I wish I knew the doctor's name. She was amazing.
This place has the worst telephone answering service ! They hardly answer the phone ! And if by any chance answer it Quickly saying: please hold, without asking any questions ! The phone stays on hold for ever ! Sometimes the phone goes to answering machine with an old greeting, talking about last year storm and closur !, and telling: Do not leave any messages, because nobody listens to the messages !!!!! They don't even bother to check their own greeting, and update the greeting !
