Dr. Liu is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He is so easy to approach with any problem/issue as he always deals with you in such a patient and caring way. He is in fact the only doctor that I’ve come across that isn’t pushy or dismissive.
Dr. Nazzanin Montazeri is the worst. Avoid her! You will be waiting for at least one hour for your scheduled appointment, even the virtual appointment! She shows no compassion at all. As a doctor, all she said to me is: there is nothing I can do. She doesn’t help, and doesn’t show up to the appointment. Avoid her! Find other doctor!
This place has the worst telephone answering service ! They hardly answer the phone ! And if by any chance answer it Queekly saying: please hold, without asking any questions ! The phone stays on hold for ever ! Sometimes the phone goes to answering machine with an old greeting, talking about last year storm and closur !, and telling: Do not leave any messages, because nobody listens to the messages !!!!! They don't even bother to check their own greeting, and update the greeting !
Dr Liu is easy going, knowledgeable, and listens to your concerns. Best family doctor Receptionists are efficient while handling several calls and people at once. They also keep the flow of the office going well and are very kind
Rudest and insensitive receptionist ever! I called in to ask a question from my family Doctor as I just had surgery 5 days ago. The receptionist was very insensitive and gave me unsolicited medical advice. I don’t even know what made her think she had the right to do that when she could have just asked my family Doctor and given me a call back after. Do not go to this clinic!
