We LOVE savannah !!! We’ve been going to her for years and she is the best groomer we have ever used. My dog gets compliments on her Grooming everywhere we go.!!!! I’m just hiding from Ella

I was inadvertently a half hour late for my appointment and they won’t groom my dog. The groomer said she was “overbooked anyway” mind you the first time he went he was there 3 or 4 hours. I said well don’t do one of the services you were going to do.Today, I looked at my credit card statement and they unauthorized charged my credit card 124.00 dollars. This is illegal and it is fraud. I have filed a dispute with my bank. Save yourself the aggravation.
