Out of the few programs I have been to, this is the first one where people actually treated me like a human instead of behaving like a bunch of thugs. It's the first program that I have completed all the way through and I would not be here if not for them. I'm sorry for the people that have had bad experiences with this place but it's certainly different now. Terrible establishment
I highly recommend this establishment. Megan and Katie went out of their way to consolidate my children's appointments to a single day on their own. They provide excellent care and are very professional.
Unfortunately the reviews are warranted. I wasted 2 weeks, multiple phone calls and emailing personal documents (HIPPA who?) trying to make a single new pt appointment to no avail. I work night shift and had to wake up early to even call, plus would have had to wake up 3 hours early for the appt I was told I had twice but they didn’t actually schedule. Maybe the NP is great but you’ll need a miracle to actually see her.
