Okay, I understand that a finger cut isn't insanely emergent. The wait time (2.5 hours!) was not fun, but not unreasonable. But when it came time to getting treated, the doctor sadly seemed too overwhelmed to properly care for my partner's finger. He was left unattended in a room with his finger actively bleeding through bandages. Then the nurse seemed too frazzled and inexperienced to be alone with a patient. Possibly the rudest, most incompetent receptionists and office workers I have ever come across. I'm not exaggerating, they're pretty close to being genuinely stupid.
