After living here for a few years, I would encourage anyone new to the area or looking to find a new provider to steer clear of PeaceHealth if at all possible. They are absolutely hemorrhaging physicians, and if you are lucky enough to find a good one, they will probably be gone within a few months. While we have had a few great doctors (Dr. Hussein in cardiology and Dr. Caton at the walk-in being notable exceptions that haven't fled the PeaceHealth system), we have had many more frustrating, dismissive, and all around quest... read more
I received a email from Peacehealth saying my doctor resigned but that's not true! Only one crazy person complained about him and the board got rid of him and he was the best NP there, 5 stars ratings? I'm following him wherever he's going next as most of the rest of the doctors there are lousy.
Terrible place to work. The staff gossips about patients and other employees. The employers treat their staff like garbage.

Complicated but in a nutshell they are most interested in preserving of local hierarchy rather than best care. I think it’s really unfortunate as they have some great providers. My experience is that the status quo is the prime directive.
RecommendedI've been seen recently at both the ER and the medical clinic. I was exceptionally impressed with the professional and compassion I received at the medical clinic. Thank you for that.
I suffered a heart attack Sat. eve. My 90 yr old husband got me to ER within 15 min of event. WONDERFUL DR and Nurses got me stabilized enough to get flown to Riverbend for surgery. I am forever grateful for the loving/caring, professionals we have working here! We are so lucky. THANK YOU!
Stop trying to be "Heros" and just do your job with a little more compassion. Heros don't treat people like dirt.
