Be very careful with this hospice. The social worker assured my family they would come even in the middle of the night to help us if needed. When we needed them at 7-8pm for a change in condition & called them, the nurses didn't want to come out and help us but rather just instruct us to give morphine over the phone. I needed their help and they did not come, out family member passed that night.
I just want to say how amazing all the staff were at Florence hospice. They are breath of fresh air with their support and their comforting ways for all of us.
