Very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised that when I stepped into my vehicle after getting a new windshield they had detailed the inside of the vehicle. I would recommend them.
Horrible experience. They just wasted my time, and strung me along until it wasn't amusing for them anymore. Went to get a windshield replacement, they took the pictures, went through the process, and not only did they not do as I explicitly told them insofar as citing a specific article, and mentioning the insurance manager (as the broker refused to replace the glass with OEM citing my car was too old - it had less that 10,000km, I had explicit permission form the insurance manager at ICBC, contrary to the broker) When it w... read more
