I usually don’t respond to reviews but I must say my family was impressed with Dr Ivey. She responded quickly to voicemail and walked me through the process to lay my beast (English mastiff) to her final rest. She was very professional and made us all comfortable during this difficult process.
Dr. Evelyn Ivey was an absolute Godsend. She took the time to talk to me on the phone to answer my questions and get to know our story. She was very accommodating and switched our scheduling last minute because we knew it was the right time for our sweet Bailey girl to go to heaven. She was empathetic, patient, kind and gentle. Dr. Ivey was amazing. She was so empathetic, patient and supportive. She had never met me before, but gave me a big hug when she saw how sad I was. I highly recommend her for this very hard time.
