Dr. Evelyn was able to fit us in same day on a Friday afternoon after our 15 year old cat took a sharp decline downhill. She was comforting, kind and gentle with our cat. She also explained everything to us (including our 2 school aged children). Thank you for your kindness and making sure our cat didn’t suffer.
Dr Ivey help put our sweet dog Shiloh to rest last week and came right when we needed her on short notice. She was calm and made the process peaceful and warm for our sweet angel crossing the rainbow bridge. Highly recommend her if you need to go through this process with your beloved pet. We just picked up our baby from the pet memorial place (Heavensgate in Wheatland) that she works with and now have her forever in our home. Thank you Dr Ivey
I usually don’t respond to reviews but I must say my family was impressed with Dr Ivey. She responded quickly to voicemail and walked me through the process to lay my beast (English mastiff) to her final rest. She was very professional and made us all comfortable during this difficult process.
Dr. Evelyn Ivey was an absolute Godsend. She took the time to talk to me on the phone to answer my questions and get to know our story. She was very accommodating and switched our scheduling last minute because we knew it was the right time for our sweet Bailey girl to go to heaven. She was empathetic, patient, kind and gentle. Dr. Ivey was amazing. She was so empathetic, patient and supportive. She had never met me before, but gave me a big hug when she saw how sad I was. I highly recommend her for this very hard time.
