I must say not every organization is perfect, however flaws are ways to highlight progress and improvement. I've rented equipment a few times from PCR. Some small some big, but customer service is #1 when it comes to brownie points. Sterling, made sure myself as customer was taken care of. We are human, delays happen but when issues of frustration are expressed in the office they don't go unnoticed. I could have gone elsewhere but the rapport that's built establishes a bond.
You really can't complain about them guys Always professional and for afterhour unloading, give them enough warning and the gate they will be waiting with the gate open
Great ppl work here if you need to rent something that's the place to go All machinery, equipment and stuff works and if something wrong with the item that you rented you get a refund..... And I had situations where I got a trailer or a welder and brought it back in an hour because my plan's changed and I didn't need it anymore and they didn't charged me so I definitely recommend the rentals
