very unfair, they don’t send pt. to dr according to priority and as per appointment but they have favouritism, felt racism few times and felt ignored a lot of time by the reception staff. dr.’s are great.
Unfortunately I have had an awful experience with this clinic before receiving any kind of appointment. I put myself on the waitlist as soon as I found out about my pregnancy, and called multiple times to follow up and ask when I would be contacted. By 25 weeks, I called again— concerned that I had not received a call— only to be told I had been taken off the wait list (apparently they called me and I did not answer, which is untrue and confirmed by my phone records) and would now need a doctors referral to be put back on th... read more
I was accepted as a patient at Peace Arch maternity and recently gave birth. My experience was nothing short of amazing - all of my check ups with the Dr went well, she was incredibly attentive and although I was both border line gestational diabetes and then at the end of my pregnancy, began to develop preeclampsia, she acted swiftly with an ever changing game plan to ensure my baby developed and was delivered safely and healthy. The receptionist is the RUDEST, WORST receptionist I’ve ever seen in the whole North America. I highly suggest the manager who is in charge here find someone to replace her. She refused to book an appointment for me and asked me to go somewhere else. She sounded like she is in charge of this place.
