Very kind staff and caring staffs ,we went for walkin and all the process got completed within 40 minutes .Highly recommend to any one who want immediate blood works to be done .Well organized and kind staffs.
Very disappointed with the treatment at Peace Arch outpatient Lab. I had a C section surgery only 4 days before coming for my lab test, and my doctor clearly advised me not to sit for long periods. I politely requested accommodation because I was in pain and unable to sit comfortably, but the staff showed no understanding or humanity. Making a post surgery patient wait for almost 2 hours without any support is unacceptable. Please treat patients with more compassion and care.
