I’m all about customer service…..and you can expect that and a whole lot more when it comes to the Peace Arch hospital Cardiac Rehab program. Quite the team …….. one in particular is Erica Didmon who hosts the Cardiac Rehab classes Monday and Wednesday mornings. I thought this hospital was the best one of all. I waited in the ER for heavy bleeding and weakness reasons. I wasn’t seen very quickly but I kind of expected it. Anyways, ER was crowded. I was asked to give blood samples and due to weakness and blood loss my veins weren’t visible. It took 6 different nurses and 13 pokes in both my arms and wrist and still they couldn’t put an IV in me. One of the nurse was so ill behaved she poked me several times.
