As a practitioner myself I know exactly what I’m looking when it comes to my own care. Since the first time I received a massages from Alana I felt in best hand. She is gentle and intuitively finds these spots that the body needs the most. Her ability to creat a safe, loving and serene space for the mind, spirit and body to not only heal but often drift away to a magical place is stunning. She is a trusted, experienced and excellent in her skill massage therapist I could not recommend enough.
Alana is professional and makes you feel comfortable. I have a hard time sitting still, but during the massage I can completely relax. I love how she incorporates different tools if you want, like cupping. I always leave feeling refreshed.
This was my first visit to Ancient Wellness Massage Therapy, and it was an excellent experience. I’ve had massages at a number of places over the years, and this one easily ranks at the top. Alana was professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled at what she does. The session was both relaxing and effective, and I left feeling noticeably better. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
