Alana is a wonderful practitioner. She’s a great listener. I never feel rushed. She has been helping me work through some neck and back issues. Sometimes it’s been exacerbated by too much deep work, but Alana knows the body so well and can gauge just the right amount of pressure and which techniques would be best. I always feel relief without intense pain or soreness after.
