Really good food. Waiter was excellent.
The restaurant is pretty old and outdated. The owner is very rude. The menu is terrible. The drinks were extremely watered down. The place is overpriced for the outdated, old atmosphere. They will never steal anymore of my money.
Good filling food This place has been there forever, and it still has the feel of an old fashioned American restaurant. It has an extensive menu and the staff is friendly.
Any cuisine Peabody's is an excellent restaurant for any type of cuisine or occasion. Gather with friends, family or business. The wait staff is very good and friendly. I recommend going anytime but prime lunch or dinner time as it fills up quick.
World Class Birmingham Charmer From Woodward Avenue you can see this out of the ordinary restaurant and you are compelled to investigate further. Once inside you are not dissappointed. From the original (or copy?) pictures of old Birmingham, to the food, to the service (including very ambitious bus boys) I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. I highly recommend any of the fish served here. The prices here are what one would expect, not cheap, not sky high. Highly, highly recommend.
Peabody's Rocks Peabody's is a great place to go after work or with the family. They have awesome food, their Reuben sandwich is good, their fish is fresh and their steaks are delicious. My favorite is their Swiss Onion Soup, which is 100x better than French onion. You must try it and you will fall in love with it also. I have been coming to Peabody's for 30 years and I must say it is one of my favorite restaurants and I would give them a 9 out of 10. Kimberly D. Brooks
